We are a design studio dedicated to creating dynamic interiors across residential spaces, from concept to completion.
Whether you are looking for an extensive period renovation or schematic design for a new-build property, the studio produces personality driven interiors that retain a sense of timelessness.

Service 1 - Consultation
Perfect for clients who are managing their own project but would like a design expert to discuss ideas with and provide guidance on making decisions. The use of this time is entirely up to you, we can explore anything from layout ideas to colour consultancy.

Service 2 - Build
LMR Studio offers a full range of interior design services.
Together with our in-house team of designers, trusted craftsmen and expert suppliers, we offer everything our clients need in order to carry out their home renovation.
Creating an entirely bespoke design, we can provide full technical drawing packages to pass onto the Contractor, in order for them to materialise the full vision.
The Build Service covers all information and specifications required for the construction of the property, including but not limited to demolition plans, wall & floor finishes, bespoke joinery designs, lighting and electrics plans, as well as full bathroom design.
Service 3 - FF&E
For those clients who don't require any structural changes to their property or perhaps have a newly renovated home and are in need of interior design input with the furniture, feature lighting and soft furnishings.
LMR Studio provides FF&E design packages that include all of these items along with paint colours and decoration schedules to compliment your personalised furniture selections.
The FF&E Service is often added onto the Build Service that we offer as a second phase in the project when the client is ready to start choosing freestanding furniture.
The Process
Each project is broken down into 4 Stages. We begin the process by discussing your requirements over the phone to see if we are a good fit for what you are looking to achieve. Once we have understood the general brief and budget, Jessica and Laura will meet the client at the property to carry out a walk-through and make note of all requirements per room. We then have all the information needed to compile a Scope of Works for the project and determine the fee required to carry out the design work.
Once this has been agreed and the client is happy to move forward, we will commence the project working through each of the Stages outlined below:
