The Apollo apartments, located in the Melbourne CBD are Inspired by the elegance of the neoclassical period to produce a timeless and contemporary space.

A four story re-development of this Albert Park terrace into a quirky and colour filled home that reflects the eclectic art collection of the client. Reinventing the traditional Victorian heritage of the site and transforming it into a open light filled vibrant family residence.

Il Parco is a restaurant, café and retail space concept. Located in an existing two-story Victorian building, the design atmosphere encompasses a European summer holiday, to transport the individual through escapism.

This office design reflects the skills and technical creativity of Kota whilst embracing the company’s vibrant personalities and their passion for innovation, quality and immersive digital design.
